1. What We Collect

When you create an account or use EcomMail OS, we collect:

  • Account information — your email address and, if you subscribe, billing details processed by Stripe.
  • Product & store data — URLs, product descriptions, images, and brand details you provide to generate campaigns.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and campaign generation logs to help us improve the service.
  • Cookies — session cookies required for authentication (via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the EcomMail OS service.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
  • To debug issues and monitor service performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the service:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing. We never store your card details.
  • Google Gemini & Anthropic Claude — AI models used to generate email copy. Product data you submit is sent to these APIs to produce campaign content.
  • Vercel — infrastructure and hosting.

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated campaigns are stored to allow you to revisit them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@ecommail.io.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
